Karen Branch is one of the most incredible women I have ever met. After losing my beloved cocker spaniel, Zoey, exactly 2 years to this date (6/3/22), about a month later I called Karen out of the blue and she and I talked for almost an hour. She was so incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and helped in more ways I can ever say. 4 months later i bought home my Birdie Lou and she has been the absolute joy and bought so much love and laughter to me and anyone she comes in contact with Leading up to and after bringing Birdie home, Karen was ALWAYS available for any of my questions and concerns. Hillcrest Cockers is so professional and the love and care Karen provides to all her fur babies is incredible.
