When we first started looking for a fur baby, we found Hill Crest Cockers and fell in love with her pups. We called Karen and talked for an hour discussing her facility, her dogs and what she wanted from us as parents. Even though she had no Sable puppies available at the time, we decided to drive from Florida to Georgia to check her place out. Let’s just say that if I was a pup I certainly would want to live with Karen. We were so impressed at how clean everything was.. no smells, no poop on the ground and her dogs were well taken care of. A year ago our sweet Baylee was born and our house is so full of life again after losing our two older cockers. I know Karen is always there to answer our questions, listen at how wonderful Baylee is and just being a good friend. I also love how she has set up a Hill Crest Cocker Family site on Facebook, so we can all enjoy sharing pictures with each other! She has some of the prettiest cockers that I have ever seen and If I ever want to get another one I would go no where else, but Hill Crest Cockers!

Karen Branch is one of the most incredible women I have ever met. After losing my beloved cocker spaniel, Zoey, exactly 2 years to this date (6/3/22), about a month later I called Karen out of the blue and she and I talked for almost an hour. She was so incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and helped in more ways I can ever say. 4 months later i bought home my Birdie Lou and she has been the absolute joy and bought so much love and laughter to me and anyone she comes in contact with Leading up to and after bringing Birdie home, Karen was ALWAYS available for any of my questions and concerns. Hillcrest Cockers is so professional and the love and care Karen provides to all her fur babies is incredible. I met Karen first through email then by phone after inquiring about her beautiful puppies. At the time she had a litter coming in a few months. I knew the moment we spoke we would be friends and she was nor only a loving breeder but mom in general. The care she takes in her breeding program and the love of her animals is like no one I have met before. Our current cocker is 12 1/2 and he lost his last brother about 11 months ago. I wanted him to have a companion like him in his last years. We cant wait to pick up our puppy next month. I know from all the pictures and write up from other loyal and happy customers that Karen's puppies are well bred and cared for and will bring us so much joy and love. This will be my 4th cocker over the last 40years. I will certainly update with another entry after we get our furbaby but so far the process of selection of interacting with Karen has been a pleasure. If you want a beautiful well bred cocker Karen and Hillcrest is the way to go. Karen is particular in who gets one of her puppies as she wants every one of her babies to have the best family they can have. I love that about her. Good luck to anyone fortunate enough to have a Hillcrest cocker. I can't wait.

What can you say about Karen well for one she has the most beautiful puppies. She has a great breeding program. She has health testing and a great facility for there start of life. When we received Jackson in 2019 from Karen she had a flight nanny that brought him to us. He was such a joy he was already house trained and never nipped. He was a dream. And when needed for anything Karen is always there for any questions or concerns. If I could I would have a dozen from her. She is one of the best breeders around. Thanks Karen for letting us have Jackson in our life’s. ❤️

My husband and I were “just looking” for a playmate for my older rescue Linus and we found Karen at Hillcrest covers. She gave us our Sweet Layla. A year later, my husband being jealous that both my cockers gave me all the attention decided we needed another fur baby for him… that’s our sweet girl Sadie. They all did well together, the. Linus passed. The girls needed a brother and well Karen came through for us again but this time with two boys. We love our cockers! They are the joy of our lives! Karen has not let us down! Great breeder and great friend!

Karen Branch made the purchasing of my Millie a very enjoyable experience. From the first phone call, I could tell she actively searched for the best parents for her puppies. She is very knowledgeable about the breed and wants to make sure the perspective owners understand the needs of cocker spaniels and dogs in general. She is very patient with lots of questions and is very available throughout the whole process. Millie has been an amazing healthy little girl with a very sweet personality and smart as a whip. Karen is a very honest breeder and I highly recommend her.

I found Hillcrest Cockers and contacted Karen. After a short wait, she contacted me with a new litter of just what I was looking for. We traveled to Georgia to get our baby Millie. Karen was the best breeder! She made the process so easy. She truly loves her pups and we were so fortunate to find her! Our Millie girl is just beautiful and is so healthy. I’ve had cockers my whole life and they’ve always had ear issues. Millie has never had a single issue and she’s 2 years old. I would recommend Karen for anyone looking for a cocker spaniel.

Our sable baby boy Dooley has been an absolute joy to our family. We decided to look for another cocker to keep our oldest company. Dooley LOVES to swim in the pool and has the sweetest eyes and longest tongue 😂Karen was amazing to work with and the information she provided was spectacular.

My husband and I found Karen during our search for a new cocker after ours passed. She has been amazing. We traveled from MN to GA in 2019 and adopted a beautiful little girl named Benelli. She was so amazing, we returned in 2021 to adopt Ruger. The bloodlines of her breading program are the best we have found. We are returning next month to adopt a 3rd. We are so fortunate She trusts use with her fur babies. And she loves to receive pictures of the pups as they grow. She cares about them from when they are born thru their lives as adults. She has been there for us with any questions we have about health, food, or just to chat. Could not ask for more.

I got my beautiful chocolate and tan Cocker, Fergie, from Karen in 2018. Karen is such a compassionate breeder and takes such great care of all of her dogs and puppies. She was so communicative throughout our initial process and has continued to be available with any questions I have. Fergie is a happy, healthy furbaby and such a sweet cuddle bug! I highly recommend Karen and Hillcrest Cockers if you are looking for a new puppy!

Hi.. I have so enjoyed visiting your website and Facebook page. My grandparents had a cocker and I then had one years later. I currently have a 10yr old shitzu who is my heart, but is failing. When I am ready, I will remember your beautiful babies.. thank you for sharing them!

I got my beautiful Cocker girl "Buffy", from Karen 2 1/2 years ago. I had a cocker for 17 years and after an absence of 5 years, I knew it was time. When I saw my Buffy's little face, I knew she was the one! Karen was so knowledgeable, and gave me much appreciated information. She called and checked in to see how my girl was adapting. Such a caring breeder. My Buffy is so good (easy to train and smart), and has been such a love in our home. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a well bred beautiful cocker spaniel to get one from Karen. All her pups are adorable. You can tell she is a quality breeder.

We purchased a handsome little 8 week old puppy from Karen on 7/11/21. We have named him Bailey. After a lengthy search we believe divine intervention led us to Hillcrest Cockers and Karen Branch. Karen concentrates on finding loving homes for her puppies and she is also a lovely and charming individual. We have had Cocker Spaniel “family members” for 40 years and Bailey stole our hearts the first time we saw him. What can I say about Karen, I stumbled upon her a couple of years ago while looking for a new baby. She has the most stunning dogs and I had never seen a black sable dog before. Well I was able to get one of those precious pups. He is now a little over 2 years old and the most loving dog I ever had. Karen has been there for us in every way. She has guided us with every questions whether it is training, food, health, or anything else. She is a dedicated breeder and will be there for you for your pups life. I was very lucky to find her and her pups.

I found Karen and Hill Crest Cockers over a year ago after loosing my beloved babies Paddy and Keely, both buff Cockers and liter mates. They were the sweetest, kindest Cockers ever. After reading and rereading about the policy and care that this breeder undergoes I called and talked with Karen in depth and shared my tragic story with her. It was like I had known her for years. I look forward to meeting her females on a visit soon but most of all to thank her in person for her care of her dogs. This lady is top notch in her approach to breeding and I simply could not say enough wonderful things about her and Hill Crest Cockers. I hope to bring one of her pups home this fall.

As a young child my grandparents had a blonde cocker (Susie). When I was a young adult my parents got a blonde cocker (Britta). Soon it will be my turn for a cocker, her coat is yet to be determined. It will most likely come down to temperament over coat 🙂
Last March we said goodbye to our beloved 13 year old Havanese. As I write this our sweet 16 1/2 year old blind and deaf poodle mix (our darling mutt from Sayulita MX) is laying next to me.

After my 15 year old cocker passed away, I visited Karen to have a look at her dogs and knew right away that I wanted one of her puppies. She takes great care of all of her adults and does a wonderful job with the puppies. She is also very careful with breeding to avoid the common congenital disorders that cockers are prone to. I have had Jenson for a year now, and he is the greatest dog ever. If you want a great cocker spaniel, I highly recommend Hillcrest Cockers!
